General Provisions
These Terms set out the conditions for using Toolbox (the "App").
1. Service Description
The App provides a variety of tool features, and some features may go through public or third-party data APIs or relay servers. The information displayed (weather, parking, rankings, etc.) may vary depending on the data provider and network conditions. Features may be changed or discontinued through updates.
2. Restrictions on Use
You must not violate the law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the normal operation of the App.
3. Disclaimer
· The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of measured values or displayed information.
· GPS, sensor, network, Wi-Fi, and similar information may contain errors depending on the environment. Do not use it as the sole basis for legal, medical, or safety decisions.
· The App is not responsible for the content or interruption of data provided by third parties or public institutions (weather, air quality, parking, broadcast rankings, etc.). The sources and terms of use of such data are subject to the notices of the relevant institutions and portals.
· To the extent permitted by law, liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App is limited.
4. Advertising
Where the App displays advertisements, the policies of the advertising provider may apply.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
