1. Overview

AppLoop (the "App") is provided by New Future Plan (the "Operator"). It is an Android app that automatically opens the installed apps you choose, one at a time, in the order and for the durations you set. This policy explains what information the App handles, which permissions it uses, and which outside services it works with.

The App has no sign-up or login. The lists you make and your run history are stored only on your device. The Operator does not collect this information on any server.

2. Information stored on your device

  • Run lists: list names, package names and names of the apps you chose, how long each app stays open, repeat counts, and schedules (days and times)
  • Run history: package names and names of the apps that ran, start times, how long they stayed open, and whether the run finished
  • Settings: appearance, streak goal and other app settings

App icons are not stored; they are read from your device each time they are shown.

3. Export files

When you tap "Export" in the More tab, the information above is saved as a single file (JSON). You choose where it is saved, and the App never sends that file anywhere. If you share the file with others, the app list and history inside it are shared too, so please be careful.

4. Permissions

  • See installed apps (query launchable apps): reads only the apps shown on your home screen so you can pick apps for your lists.
  • Display over other apps: opens other apps in turn and shows the time left plus pause, skip and stop buttons on top of the screen while running.
  • Notifications: shows progress while running, completion, and scheduled runs.
  • Foreground service: keeps the run going in order even when the screen is off.
  • Exact alarms: starts scheduled runs right on time.
  • Receive boot completed: registers schedules again after the device restarts or the time changes.
  • Wake lock: keeps the device from sleeping and stopping a run.
  • Internet: used for ads, usage statistics and checking for new versions.

You can turn permissions off at any time in your device settings. Turning them off may limit the related features.

5. Outside services

  • Google AdMob: shows native and rewarded ads so the App can be offered for free. Advertising identifiers and device and usage information may be sent to Google, and in some regions you will be asked for ad consent on first launch. You can turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
  • Google Firebase Analytics: collects usage events such as screen views and run starts, and device information (model, OS version, app instance ID, etc.), in a form that does not directly identify you, to learn which features are used most.
  • Version check: sends a request to the Operator's server (new-fp.com) to see whether a new version is available. Apart from standard connection information (such as IP address), nothing else is sent.

Google's processing of information follows the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Information on your device is removed when you delete lists or history in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Export files must be deleted by you.

7. Your rights

You can revoke permissions or clear the App's data in your device settings. In regions where ad consent is requested, you can change your choice under "Ad privacy settings" in the More tab.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 14.

9. Changes to this policy

The Operator may update this policy when laws, features or outside services change. Important changes will be announced in the App.
